COMMISSION DESCRIPTION

An Affiliate’s monthly commission rate is determined by the applicable commission tier, based on the total number of qualified active players or the total member net loss in MYR.

Commission is calculated after deducting promotional bonuses claimed by referred members, transaction fees, provider or royalty fees, and any other applicable adjustments.

If the calculated revenue is negative for a particular month, the corresponding negative commission balance will be carried forward and offset against future positive commission.

Positive Revenue

Member net loss: RM27,000

Promotional bonuses: RM1,000
Transaction fees: RM500
Provider/royalty fees: RM1,200

Total fees:

RM1,000 + RM500 + RM1,200 = RM2,700

Net revenue:

RM27,000 − RM2,700 = RM24,300

Commission calculation at 45%:

RM24,300 × 45% = RM10,935

Affiliate Commission: RM10,935

Negative Revenue

Member net result: −RM15,000

Promotional bonuses: RM500
Transaction fees: RM300
Provider/royalty fees: RM700

Total fees:

RM500 + RM300 + RM700 = RM1,500

Net revenue:

−RM15,000 − RM1,500 = −RM16,500

Negative commission calculation at 40%:

−RM16,500 × 40% = −RM6,600

Amount carried forward: −RM6,600
